This website is operated by Jan Zahradník, hereinafter "we, us", based in České Budějovice. In this data protection declaration, we describe as the responsible person according to Article 4, paragraph 7 of the GDPR, what data we collect when you visit our website and for what purpose we process it. All relevant contact details can be found in point 10 of this data protection statement.

Because the protection of your personal data is an important requirement for us, we strictly adhere to the legal standards of DSG and GDPR when collecting and processing your personal data.

We will also inform you in detail about the scope and purpose of our data processing and your rights as a data subject during data processing. In addition, First and Third-Party Cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website, in addition to the previously mentioned data; these are small text files that are assigned to your hard drive and are stored on it in the browser you use. The place that sets the Cookie (here done by us and the third parties mentioned below) thereby receives certain information. We need these cookies on the one hand to recognize you as a user of the website, and on the other hand to make the use of our service reproducible. We only use the personal data you have provided to the extent that this is permissible for the respective processing purpose (e.g. registration, sending newsletters, order processing, sending information material and advertising, running a prize draw, answering a query, providing access to certain information) and legally permissible (e.g. sending advertising and information material to regular customers), especially pursuant to Article 6 EU-DSGVO.

5. Newsletter

You can subscribe to our free Newsletter. With this Newsletter you will receive all the latest news and information about our company and tailored advertising at regular intervals. In order to receive our Newsletter, we need a valid email address.

We verify the e-mail address entered by you in our subscription mask to ensure that receipt of the Newsletter is indeed required. This is done by sending you an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided, which you can confirm receipt of by clicking on the link provided. After confirming the email, you are subscribed to our Newsletter (Double Opt-In).

The first time you sign up for the newsletter, we will store your IP address and the date and time of your login. This is done for security reasons in case a third party misuses your e-mail address and subscribes to our Newsletter without your knowledge. No other data is collected or processed by us for the Newsletter subscription, the data is used exclusively for the Newsletter subscription. Unless you do not consent, we will pass on your data within our group for analysis purposes and for the transmission of information for advertising purposes. Within the group of companies, your data that you have made available to us for the subscription to the Newsletter is compared with data that is otherwise collected by us (e.g. when you purchase goods or charge for a service).

There is no further transfer of your data for subscribing to the Newsletter to third parties who do not belong to the enterprise group. You can stop receiving our Newsletter at any time, please refer to the confirmation email and each individual Newsletter for details on how to unsubscribe.

6. Tools and applications used

This service uses cookies, the functionality of which has already been illustrated in detail. The information about your use of this website collected by these cookies is generally transferred to a Google server and stored there.

The IP address sent by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

We do not transfer your data to third parties as a matter of principle, unless we are legally obliged to do so or the transfer is required for the performance of a contractual relationship between us and unless you have previously expressly consented to the transfer of your data. External contract processors or other cooperation partners will only obtain your data if this is required for the performance of a contract or if we have a legitimate interest in doing so, which we will always notify separately in a justified case.
